Motorcycle (motorbike?) still habitually revving and speeding around our neighborhood for hours on end--weekdays beginning at about 3pm, ending around 1am; weekends beginning around 8:30 am, ending 2-3am. Passes by house every 10 minutes or so, ruining our peace by day, waking us up several times each night. I think this is the man whose license plate you were given last month.
