Janice, I apologize for the delay. On Essex Street, road milling and sidewalk wheelchair ramp construction should be done this week. Road paving to follow once all the prep work is done.
Regarding Ferry Street, National Grid began replacing their gas lines in the Fall of 2019. Last week and this week, the City has multiple crews including working on Saturday in order to expedite removal of lead lines from our water system. Road paving will take place shortly after all the work below ground is completed.
