Alliance is a disgusting business...they are single handedly keeping this neighborhood from cleaning up. All of the illegal dumping in the area is garbage that is being dragged from all across the city to trade for $20 for drugs, which they conveniently buy in the park right across the street. Then, why not move in and drink, sleep, and toilet in the park too? It's so convenient. The city needs to step in and intervene in this complete disaster area!
