the tree that was planted by the City of Oakland 2321 88th Avenue I complain about the tree and the city sent me a picture on how to prune. I am a renter and disabled senior citizen. It has bulked the side walk and had man people that fell on this and it doesn't get better. Seniors with walker are hurt with this and I am just making you aware.
