Parking Enforcement responded this morning to check for both vehicles and advised both vehicles were gone from the listed location.

You cant close this ticket merely because LEO was slow to respond. This scumbag lives in the bushes and visits the playground filled with children on a daily routine to fill up his water jugs. Hes has ZERO respect for law enforcement and will continue to menace the residence until you enforce law and make your presence known. Do you prefer I interface with this perp directly? I prefer not to, but as a member of neighborhood watch I will do so if there remains a lack of police support.

Thank you for at least having someone respond even if it’s temporary. Can you notify the HOPE team and let them know the lexus driver is back living in those woods again behind that field, they have responded in the past and had him move in the past. Thanks!

Both vehicles are still there. If they left the area than they are surely back and park there in the same exact spot. They need to be cited immediately

Dispatch 951-736-2334 was called. Illegal parking, trespassing, and whatever sexual or narcotic exchange in the bushes across from playground.

Yeah they really don’t care if a parking enforcement guy asked them to leave, without any enforcement this is all a big joke to them

Contact Zone Commander of Zone 1. Everyone in this area who sees something going on should contact the zone commander to step up patrols and make them aware of the illicit activity. If you can get the plate of any vehicles, that's always helpful.
