At this point it is more than just a clean up issue. This tag was done by the same indivudual who tagged the van on Agawam and the house on Barrington. There is an obvious presence that we do not want in our neighborhood. I also believe this to be the same indivudual who tagged my foundation this past summer. To tag someones house, vehicle or private property in any way is, indeed, against the law as it is wilful and malucious destruction of property. In most instances the damage will cost the property owner money to have removed, if it can be removed at all. I encourage all residents to use their exterior lighting to discourage the activity, and give the police the ability to see otherwise dark areas while on patrol.
