All four lanes of Blackhawk Park Avenue, Rockford, IL 61104, USA! Horrible! No matter what lane you go into you fall into a pot hole! This is right by the school bus terminal and the busses use this road every day so it is making it worse! Please fix right away!! It has been a few months and we have huge pot holes again on Blackhawk Park Avenue just west of the Rail Road tracks. Please fix them. I have hit this one hole twice now and you totally lose your front end in it!
