Thank you, the Detroit Land Bank has given compliance to homes in this community with little to no rehab being and work that does NOT meet code.

Someone nearby is Responsible of Course. A Stranger to the neighborhood doesn't just dump anywhere. Request a Sign be put up regarding Prohibiting Illegal Dumping. Hopefully this will deter them. Otherwise do some detective work. In the Trash there may be a Name and Address where the stuff came from unbeknownst to the Original Owner. The contractor is committing the fowl by by bit taking the waste to the Landfill for proper disposal. A fine might straighten them out or close them down. Hittem in the pockets, then they can fill the pain!

I'm not sure if the land bank is on the Ball. It may be time to start having Monthly Updates on what Progress is being made as a call to action. The community Deserves better in regards to activity that is taking place. Disclosure may expose where they may need more help and becoming more effective in regards to managing the Cities Assets.
