Not all set until the recycling is collected. Leave the ticket open until the issue is resolved - recycling picked up. You are welcome to close the ticket once you have gotten confirmation that the recycling has been picked up.

It was not picked up, that's why the ticket was opened. It still has not been pick up so the ticket is open. You should not be closing tickets for issues that have not been resolved - simply adding things to a list does not resolve the issue.

Recycling still has not been picked up. Please have a truck come tomorrow as the barrel is completely full.

Trash and recycling are every Tuesday. Unfortunately, we tried to get a truck out here Friday but it seems they missed the recycle. We will try to get the truck to swing by your house tomorrow.

Thank you for the other notification! We have noticed the recycling was not picked up this week. When trash/recycle is not picked up, we are notified via call or SCF and then the address is put on a missed list for Thursday. Obviously, your address was NOT picked up on said week. Now, since its not your week for recycle pickup, we can let Republic know of the situation and have them try to get to your address on a non-recycle week but cant make promises since its not your week. We have done that. We did that prior to yesterdays pick up. Republic can be reached at 1-800-442-9006 if you'd like to reach them. I will also reach them and let them know again prior to miss pick up. Thank you.
