Description

Upstairs neighbor has been letting her big dog pee on porch upstairs, which in turn leak/runs/drips down on my porch ruining my property...mats, furniture, shoes and myself if out when dog pees. I have contacted woman and landlord numerous times. Result none, as I am contacting you. I have washed mats and porch twice and just bought new mats(what a waste of money). Looking for help with problem or suggestions on who to contact that can help me.
