It appears that after cleaning litter from the area, people did not contact the DPW to remove about a dozen bags of garbage. These are in and along Capitol Avenue from Laurel to Forest St. I'd like to see these removed before animals rip them open or before anymore get hit by buses.

Yes, I was walking down Capitol Ave. today and saw all the bags also. Who ever cleaned the area did a super job but someone needs to pick up the bags. There is a large pile of black bags right in the lilly garden which may give dumpers the idea that its okay to dump there. Thank you.
