CSR3 assigned this issue to Stormwater Administrative Secretary #C

CSR met with Graham with who maintains the facility and showed the area of concern where water was holding for about 10 days - There are what appears to be city maintained storm drains on the North Side of the Property - where one can see where the water line was holding at location on the fence. Graham states that he can have portions of the fence removed if needed due to the drainage easement that is at the location - This issue happened last year also and city crews cleaned out the area.. CSR spoke briefly to Chris Allen in storm water who stated that he will call CSR back. CSR will continue to follow up.

Stormwater acknowledges this issue and will be sending to the Foreperson for review.
