Description

Stormwater flow on Parkview drive, flows towards the north. Due to road patching and poor crown on roadway grade, the water flowing in east gutter, gets forced across the street, just before the storm drain. The water then flows into area, around a garage and eventually spills down a hill and into the back yards of houses on Devenny Avenue.
