we live at 11194 Meadowlark Lane NE. We bought the house two years ago. We are on the east side of the street. the culdesac pavement slopes towards our house. There is no storm drain system in the culdesac and we routinely get storm water flooding our garage (our driveway and house are below street elevation). The previous owner build a asphalt berm and added concrete in front of the garage, but it doesn't help. All of the runoff flow down to our garage. Last year on three separate occasions had to empty our garage, dry it out and throw away some of our belongings. Please call to discuss options for adding storm drain system.
