A warrant analysis was conducted based on Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) guidelines as outlined in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). Based on the results of the analysis, this intersection warrants a change in traffic control. We will move forward with drafting a new ordinance to be presented at the next Council meeting. Should the Council approve the ordinance, we will issue the work orders to install the new stop control signage and striping. We will follow up on the status of the ordinance in a month.
