I called the Union Pacific public affairs line to report the persistent blowing of train horns throughout the Washington corridor lines at all hours of the day and night that has really picked up over that last couple of months. However, it is the official UP position that after Harvey the crossings were found to be in disrepair and that the City of Houston is responsible for their repair. PLEASE ADDRESS THESE PROBLEMS
