Description
At the intersection of Chicot Road and Mabelvale-Cut-Off southbound traffic on Chicot road has a center lane for straight thru traffic, a left lane for left turns and a right lane for right turns. The problem arises when motorist in the right turning lane (marked right-turn-only by painted arrow and a sign) take advantage of the right lane to circumvent staight thru traffic, which at times can be long, by using the right-turn-only lane to go around the traffic. They force their way into the southbound traffic, darting into the traffic in the intersection and lane beyond. This is dangerous and I and others have been nearly hit on several occassions. The light (actually two lights) has solid green for both lanes but a right-turn-green arrow needs to replace the right lane solid green.
