Large rotting tree behind address on town land should be taken down per Urban Forester's Les Zytka.
I'm sorry for the confusion. After the initial report on 9/28 of dead tree blight (as seen from street or abudding property) two Town of Enfield associates (I believe they were from the highway department) came onto the property to evaluate; both agreeing that a contractor should review. ASPLUNDH came to the property to evaluate and a discussion was held on how to cut down the tree. ASPLUNDH was going to do a second site evaluation but so far nothing.
So did those evaluations result in a "no the tree isn't coming down via the town?" or was another decision made?
