Description

The owner of this property has had complaints in the past about lingering junk in his yard. His half hearted attempt of dealing with it was to put a rickety old fence around his garage and threw all the junk in there. You can still see the junk though. Also, he took bricks from the demolition of the old Village Hall (without permission), and built a brick driveway in the right-of-way from the sidewalk to the street, which is against Ordinances.
