Sharraxaadda

Due to the change making Cambridge street one-way in Inman Square, significant numbers of people are now trying to turn left at the traffic light at Hampshire and Prospect, coming from the Somerville direction. This causes significant delays every day, and often lines of cars blocking the entire intersection. Could someone be placed at that intersection to direct traffic during the busiest hours? Or perhaps could the traffic light timing be changed so that the inbound and outbound green lights on Hampshire are either sequential, or at least staggered? Alternatively, could the rules be changed to either disallow left turns altogether going inbound on Hampshire at Prospect? Thank you.
