Please accept our companies sincere apologies on the behalf of our employee leniency toward this pandemic , we as Blue moon take our employees and customers health as priority and understand the consequences and damages this COVID-19 can be to community .

We really appreciate everyone’s in the neighborhood keeping an watch and keeping all of us safe .

Further addressing the problem we are gonna send the employee for a COVID test and also send him for one day health and hazard training to our corporate office and ensure a proper coaching and counseling

This response seems appropriate. Though I would also suggest that the employee also needs some firm direction regarding aggressive and sociopathic behavior. The person in question was a very poor representative for your company and that is not helpful for your standing in the community.
