Description

3 young males w/their hoods up driving a newer model white SUV with high/led headlights pulled in twice; got out; walked to my neighbor’s car (the 2nd time w/flashlights) noticed me & got back in SUV & drove off the 1st time. The 2nd time after going to the same car, noticed me again & they pulled-in to a dark area of the block, shut off the car & waited for 20+ mins before they puled off & hovered near the end of the block. They either lost something or looking for a car/house to get into. Just a heads up.
