Description

There has been a man living in an illegal apartment at 26 Boston St. on the right side of the building since July. He has a front that it’s his office but he is in fact sleeping there regularly as well as loitering in the parking lot behind the building at all hours of the day on night. The landlord has been notified and isn’t doing anything about it.
