This has been happening at each of the corners on both sides of Lomas between Louisiana and Wyoming for years. The n'hood assoc. was able to have the south corner of of Charleston at Lomas repainted and new no-parking signs erected. At first, the adjacent car lot just moved their cars to next corner. This is real testament to the traffic code enforcement in ABQ. Perhaps if the CABQ's Risk Mgt. Div. were to discover the City's liability for non-enforcement, we'd eventually be able to safely enter and exit our neighborhoods at these corners.
