Assuming this is from cars waiting to pick up their children from the ALA. The police should be out there clearing the lanes. They need to put up "NO PARKING, NO STOPPING" signs along that stretch of road. The cars also block the bike lane which is a violation. The police need to have a policeman/woman out there directing people to move along or just start ticketing them. ALA has to get their act together and start busing the children to an area where they could be picked up with out a disruption to the flow of traffic. It gets so you can't even make a right turn off of Pecos on to North Greenfield.
