Potholes were patched. This street is possibly in need of an overlay and will be monitored for inclusion in a future paving contract.

The potholes/sinkholes have not been patched, there has not been any work of any kind done on Cates Alley

The sinkholes are on Cates Alley, not at the corner of Robinson and Salbide (where a different issue regarding the caved-in storm drain was patched). To date, no work of any kind has been done on the potholes/sinkholes on Cates Alley

it has been over a month since this issue was reported and then subsequently incorrectly closed (apparently it was confused with another issue that was actually resolved); Is anyone at the city still actively working to resolve this issue?

It has now been over two months since this issue was submitted, however there has been no activity of any kind to respond to this complaint.
