Description

Our church has an entrance on Wade Avenue (the address is 814 Dixie Trail, but we sit on that corner). The sidewalk right at the entrance to our parking lot is badly broken with a few sections raised. This creates an incredible trip hazard. Could the city please replace this portion of the sidewalk?
