A large oval sinkhole appears to be developing at the center of the 800 block of South Mildred Street.

The blacktop is cracked the width of the street, and the area immediately north of the crack has sunken several inches. It now collects large pools of rainwater and debris.

The concrete sidewalks on either side have arc-shaped cracks that seamlessly connect to the crack in the blacktop.
