Thanks Good Neighbor. That’s called Rouge Parkway. Includes corner lot at 6 and Ridge, around S. Riverdale, north on Beaverland as well as south down Ridge. General Services is responsible for Parkway.
This is an area needing a camera as it’s been dumpsite since at least 1980.
