Hello - there is a tree that is overhanging onto the street and has grown into some of the wires that run along the street. This is not on my property but does overhang onto my property and I have already had to have some of the tree removed due to it being rotten and coming down on top of my car and causing damage. I do not know what kind of wires these are or who to contact about them other than you but given the recent storms and how close they are to my house and cars I am very concerned about them coming down. Can you please investigate for me? Thank you
