Guard rail was hit AGAIN.
It is splintered and will be of no help stopping the next car from diving through the Pardee Sea Wall Park.

I believe the installation of big heavy stones, like the ones directly across the street form the broken guard rail, would be a better permanent solution to this on going problem.
The wooden guard rail that is there is asthetically pleasing, but just not up to the task of the repeated beating it gets. Repairs always seem to take months, leaving an unimpeded opening into the park -on a very dangerous curve!
Can we find a better solution, the park has an endowment and is not entirely dependent on City or State money.

This section of guard rail is NOT there more than it is there!
When it gets hit it takes months to fix -and it gets hit often.
I have witnessed 1 car crash while watering the Pardee memorial. I hope I am not hit by the next one. A more permanent solution is needed.
