Occupants are burning trash in a barrel behind the house...creating allot of smoke and noxious odors. I have breathing issues...and have to quickly close all my windows once I start smelling it. Closing the window makes it hard to exhaust the smell...which smells for a couple of hours after they burn. Heavy odors of plastic. There is a 1 year old baby living in the house next door...can't be good for his lungs either.
The occupants have never had an garbage service. Trash gets put into large clear plastic bags and piled as high as the pick up trucks bed will hold. Where they get rid of it is unknown. But it is some times a week or more sitting in the truck before it is dumped.

Additionally...there are 10-15 used tires stacked in the back yard...and numerous wooden pallets leaning against the fence in the alley. Is it even legal to burn trash in the city limits?

Thanks for looking into this. Regarding the next question of this form...you ask for my name and number....then say it will be displayed publicly. Not willing to do that...not looking for some form of retaliation or confrontation.
