Description

Commercial vehicle parked continually on East Bound Fifth Street NW. Is this legal?
Regardless, this ginormous monstrosity is parked so close to the intersection of Fifth and Newton NW that it blocks a clear view of the approaching North Bound traffic on Newton. Even though there is a Stop Sign on Newton, the traffic usually does not stop for it and there are near misses on virtually a daily basis!
Please address this issue before someone is hurt.
And yes, we have even witnessed Police Officers run the Newton Stop Sign, heading North!
