Resident using visitor pass to park on street even tho a current Resident living at#26 Dearborn St (side entrance of #28). Everyday and night it is parked on street with visitors pass in windshield. This has been reported before on this site; owner does this repeatedly. At times the car moved for a period of time when someone did come down or no one has come down at all. The car always ends up returning for the evening every day and night, may not always be parked in same spot but it returns always using the visitor pass instead of buying resident sticker.
