This light has been this way in the evenings for at least several weeks. You can sit through SEVERAL complete cycles of all other lights in the area, in all connected and nearby intersections. Yet the light you're at will stay red.
AFTER TURNING LEFT onto Avery Ranch, it's the first light before you get to the bridge.
