Description

Traffic light at right turn from 8 Mile service drive to southbound Lodge (M-10) used to always be green. It now cycles and is red for no reason.

A. Traffic light now cycles to red needlessly after recent street work. Used to always be green as it is a right turn. Or, at least stop then go if clear of traffic.
