One or two of the metal plates left from a recent construction are not securely fastened and caused loud banging noise when a vehicle passes by. This is particularly disturbing at night.

If we get enough ppl to complain consistently about this I’m sure that will help. 311 did tell me that the permit for this construction is set to end on Nov 4th but not sure if they can extend it, etc.
