Sounds like a problem. Follow through with the Citizen Request System on the Manchester Web site. I believe they will send a zoning enforcement officer as the town likely has regulations regarding vehicle storage. If the cars have standing water in them, which can breed mosquitoes, the health department may be able to help.
The Mayor of manchester and other politicians have canvassed the area and been up close, right to the front door for years I understand, but I guess none are so blind as to when they need a vote. I understand this condition has exited over there for many years.
There has never been any progress. I understand this condition has existed many, many years and nobody can or will do anything to correct it. Politics is politics in Manchester.
