10/21/20 dumpsters all closed, another fine will be issued for trash on ground.

The problem seems to happen more often over the weekend and the overflowing dumpsters being emptied on Mon before the site can be inspected. Is there any way the area can be inspected each weekend night (Fri, Sat and Sun) after area businesses close?

10/22 dumpsters ok, trash on ground will be fined daily until resolved.

10/23 dumpsters ok at 9:00am trash still on ground will be fined. Spoke to an employee of Investments limited this morning.

Thank you for the frequent inspection and speaking with Investment Limited. Much appreciate your efforts during these pandemic times.
However, we really have to find a way to have inspections during the restaurants peak hours which unfortunately is City office off hours.

This area has been inspected over the few weeks, we have issued tickets when a violation was found. We met with new manager of Investments limited explained what must happen on these properties and others they manage. We will continue to monitor these properties . No rodent activity was found, extermination contract is current .
No violations exist at this time .
