Description

Large pot hole at least 8" deep on Essex Ave across from the heights in front of 2 Edgewood Rd Under water when it rains Can't tell it is a large pot hole

Q. Please provide more information about the location of the pothole (ex. closest intersection, nearby milestones, etc)
A. On Essex Ave across from the heights of Cape Ann near 2 Edgewood Rd driveway Looks like a big puddle and can't tell it's a pot hole
