Description

Pictured is an unmarked crosswalk facing north/south from Hawthorne avenue toward sip avenue. Cars constantly speed on sip avenue, and because the crosswalk at this intersection is unmarked, vehicles tend to not stop for pedestrians in time or at all. In addition, vehicles are constantly parked at the ramps on both sides of the street over night, blocking pedestrian visibility.
