Description

There is a wooden pole (approximately 20-25 feet tall) that was hit by a vehicle (not sure of date) that caused the pole to lean at a 40 degree angle across the parking lot exit at Howard Learning Academy. The concern is that the pole may fall down if hit again or in a high wind event. The pole has wires stretching across the street with a 25 mph Speed Sign in the middle that can be turned on and off. Can this pole be replaced and a new one set in an upright position?
