Dead hawk discovered 10/21/2020 morning. I believe the Mass DPH wants to get and examine dead hawks because of possibility of Lyme or other disease. Hawk's body is under a white fiberglass pail at the base of a telephone pole, where the hawk perished. Robert Boucher, 28 Woodcrest Court, Chicopee MA 413-537-3500.
