Description
When coming from Putnam to Trowbridge, the light was previously synchronized (Trowbridge crossing Mass Ave light a couple of seconds later than Putnam across Mt Auburn). Now, the light timing is reversed.
The Trowbridge crossing Mass Ave light turns red before the light on Putnam crossing Mt. Auburn. This causes a backup on the small section of Trowbridge between Mt. Auburn and Mass Ave.

1. The only access to Putnam Ave is by turning right from Mt. Auburn St. The “no turn on red” from MAS to PA makes no sense.
2. The light at MAS into PA and Mass. Ave. remains red even when traffic from Putnam into Mass. Ave. has a green light. There should be a green right turn arrow from MAS into PA when the light for PA into MA is green.
