Description

Uptown needs to maintain their sidewalks and keep them clean. I was walking with my girlfriend to the Galleria at nite and we stepped in mud because it was too dark to tell anything was there. There needs to be better pedestrian lighting and sidewalk maintenance. Especially in an area like the Galleria that should be spotless.
