The owner or residents of this 3 story tenament home have dumped 6 mattresses of different sizes on the Arch St. side of the property. The mattresses are located outside, and are leaning against a small shed. They are very unsightly, and could be a home for rats and other vermin plus insects such as bed bugs, cockroaches and more. Please have these items removed.
