Description

The traffic light at 22nd and MN Ave was not cycling this morning. I was there about 0715-0720. I sat at the light for 4 minutes trying to cross to the west. The light gave no indication of changing so I had no choice but to check for oncoming traffic and procede. I watched in my rearview mirror until I reached Sanford Hospital and the light never did change to green. I wanted to inform you of this so the problem can be addressed and so that if I happen to get a ticket in the mail, I have some paperwork that I reported the issue. Thank you,
