Last week, I requested that these 4 shopping carts be removed. As you can see in the picture, they are on the sidewalk. This case was closed and they said "removed". As it turns out, these were NOT removed. The city employee was being lazy and he pushed them onto private property. Can I ask why the city employee could not do a simple task like removing this trash and throwing it out? Is it really that difficult? Does the city allow employees to walk onto private property and throw out trash? Also, why do you allow city employee to lie and say something is removed when it really isn't? Please talk to the employee and tell him not to push anything onto private property anymore. Also, please talk to him and tell him not to lie anymore about removing trash. Also, please tell the employee to come back to the location and remove these shopping carts
