Description

A significant portion of the facility at this address was demolished over the weekend and, from the evidence of the earthwork, the debris appears to have been buried in the back yard. It does not appear the owner followed the proper procedures to obtain a building permit, including a clean asbestos survey in advance of starting work. This would be simple enough for the proper department to check. Activity like this should not be allowed in our community.
