Assuming someone gets this, I just want to tell you that both my posts to seeclickfix should be closed/cancelled since the authorities in my city (Stamford, CT) have their own internal/online methods and refuse to use seeclickfix. I have not been able to log back on.

Don't know if this is a city or state issue. City is not going to view or use SeeClickFix.

Also, people making the left turn to go either onto I-95 N or down the access road, all go onto I-95 squeezing out the lane that should be going onto I-95. There usually isn't anyone going down the access road. The people that should be going down the access road get annoyed when you won't let them in.

If I understand your comment, that was perhaps the main reason I posted the original item. There are 4 lanes: left should turn left to Greyrock Pl, next should go straight onto I-95 ramp, 2nd right lane should bear slightly right to continue on South State St. (what you call access road), and right lane should turn right to Canal St.
